Enterprise Sub-Processor Disclosure

1. OVERVIEW & OPERATIONAL OPERATING SYSTEM FRAMEWORK

Data Compass Ltd (“Data Compass”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an integrated corporate operational operating system designed to eliminate fragmented software layers, collapse administrative friction, and consolidate databases into a single native environment.

To deliver this performance-driven layout, maintain runtime stability, and ensure automated workflow routing, our platform is deployed natively upon premier global cloud container ecosystems and specialized application routing layers.

Accordingly, personal data managed within the Data Compass platform may be processed by authorized third-party infrastructure partners known as sub-processors. This document identifies those active sub-processors, their specific processing functions, and their data storage locations.

2. INFRASTRUCTURE-AS-A-UTILITY & DATA PROCESSING AUTHORIZATION

By executing an authorized Data Compass order form, utilizing our digital checkout terminals, or establishing an active platform subscription tier, the Customer explicitly authorizes the data pipelines and processing operations detailed below. Fees for the platform are governed exclusively by the specific subscription tier, package matrix, or software product chosen by the Customer at the point of registration.

Furthermore, because our omnichannel communication networks run on an infrastructure-as-a-utility model, data processing occurs dynamically based on the volume of operational assets utilized. Processing balances adapt fluidly to accommodate the background routing "fuel" layers (including, but not limited to, outbound/inbound telephony channels, SMS segments, messaging transmissions, email server triggers, and AI Compute Tokens) deployed by the Customer’s active workflows.

Data Compass maintains its operational container network on top of enterprise-grade cloud environments. Our primary hosting, server logic execution, and relational database management are anchored entirely within the following data centers:

To support high-tier user personalization layers, enable real-time communication channels, and secure custom workspace parameters, we route data streams through specialized utility sub-processors. These entities function strictly as contracted processors to execute specified data logic, messaging distributions, and API requests:

5. TECHNICAL SAFEGUARDS & DOWNSTREAM COMPLIANCE

All sub-processors listed in this document are bound by strict contractual obligations that meet or exceed the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our primary Customer Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Every infrastructure node is verified to maintain robust administrative, logical, and physical safeguards, including:

  Native AES-256 data encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 transit encryption across all endpoint API hooks.

  Cross-border restricted transfer protection verified via executed Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or alignment with authorized data protection networks, such as the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. NOTIFICATION POLICY & AMENDMENT MONITORS

Data Compass Ltd reserves the right to modify this Sub-Processor Registry dynamically to support new core feature updates, software product expansions, or optimization modifications.

Customers can continuously monitor infrastructure updates by checking this legal framework or requesting email notification updates through our data protection desk at data@datacompass.co.uk.

As detailed in Section 6 of our Data Processing Addendum, Customers may submit an objection to any newly proposed sub-processor within fourteen (14) days of a notice publication by establishing a verified case of security or legal non-compliance.
